## Description

iCapital is seeking an Associate to join the Platform Operations team. This role focuses on enhancing operational scalability, driving innovation, and ensuring exceptional support experiences for clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

- Develop an in-depth understanding of the iCapital platform interfaces to ensure seamless fund launches, client activities, and ongoing health of alternative clients.

- Execute end-to-end technical and operations deliverables, manage daily workflows, and maintain a client-first approach.

- Partner with Product and Technology teams to investigate platform behavior, troubleshoot complex issues, and support root-cause analysis.

- Operate confidently within technical systems and tools, including configuration management, workflow logic, and issue triage.

- Act as the primary contact for clients, managing inquiries and optimizing their platform experience.

- Meet and exceed service level agreements and performance targets through effective queue management.

- Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve high-priority issues.

- Enhance and maintain product documentation and internal resources.

- Maintain fund collateral and offerings to keep the platform updated.

Qualifications:

- 2-5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the finance industry.

- Bachelor’s degree required.

- Experience analyzing complex technical problems and driving them toward a resolution.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proactive team member who seeks ways to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

- Experience with support ticketing tools and technical troubleshooting.

- Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills.

- High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex workflows.

- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.

- Strong technical aptitude.

- Base salary range: $70,000 to $85,000.
