## Description

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Program Manager – Smart Factory, Robotics and Automation to lead internal projects and ensure they meet scope, time, budget, and quality expectations.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in project management roles and a deep understanding of supply chain ERP/MES/planning systems, Industry 4.0, and Smart Factory concepts.

Responsibilities:

- Manage internal projects with large/complex/single or multiple regions

- Manage project financials, including business impact

- Manage stakeholder relationships

- Manage project teams with 20+ people from multiple countries

- Mentor and encourage skill development of project team members

- Provide detailed performance review input and development recommendations for team members

Additional responsibilities:

- Identify and resolve complex challenges in manufacturing robotic automation projects

- Collaborate with business functions to identify pain points and recommend effective solutions

- Design, drive, and implement programs to elevate manufacturing landscapes

- Drive end-to-end project management activities

- Assist in developing detailed project charters, ROI analysis, and presentation materials

- Take ownership of decision-making processes within projects

- Research and evaluate emerging technologies relevant to manufacturing

Requirements:

- First Level University degree

- 7+ years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses

- Demonstrated understanding of key services' operational policies, processes, and methodologies

- PMP Certified
