## Description

Logitech is seeking a Senior Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a Senior Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and finding solutions to difficult technical problems related to Logitech's Paid Services support for video conferencing solutions. You will work closely with customers, product engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues and provide high-touch support to Enterprise accounts.

You will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing technical difficulties with Logitech's video conferencing solutions. You will analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions to resolve customer issues. You will also work with product engineers to identify and document technical issues and provide feedback on product improvements.

In addition to technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, video conferencing, and customer service. You will have experience working with complex technical issues, analyzing root causes, and developing effective solutions.
