## Description

We're seeking an Event Operations Assistant to join our team.

As an Event Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for monitoring activations around our match day fan zone location, the BULLevard, ensuring our fans and newcomers are welcomed and assisted with any questions regarding activations. You will also ensure pre-match preparation is in accordance with operational standards and understand the safety measures behind each activation. Additionally, you will assist in the execution of other activations around Sports Illustrated Stadium and off-site events. Furthermore, you will support the field marketing team's grassroots efforts by distributing print collateral and providing the highest level of customer service when needed.

To succeed in this role, you should have careers in sports management, special events, and event marketing. You should be able to work in various environments, including large groups, community events, and match day activations. You should provide a high level of customer service and be able to act accordingly to resolve issues. You should also be a quick adapter to sudden changes, able to lift up to 30 lbs, and comfortable standing for long periods of time. Availability on nights and weekends is required.
