## Description

We are looking for a Manager, Workflow & Automation Lead - CDX to join our Platform Administration & Governance team at Capital One. As the Workflow & Automation Lead, you will be an Adobe Workfront System Administrator with a focus on Workfront Workflow and Adobe Workfront Fusion. You will lead a small team that includes LOB-specific admin support, enterprise governance, and Fusion development.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a pod of Workfront system administrators and Workfront Fusion developers focused on LOB-specific administration, systemwide governance, platform automation, and integrations with other Capital One platforms.

- Enable direct reports to effectively and autonomously manage their responsibilities tied to their respective scope areas.

- Execute feature rollouts and improvements in Workfront Workflow that move the needle on Capital One’s highest priorities.

- Prioritize and organize Fusion Develop capacity against highest value initiatives.

- Intake, triage, and route support requests from our Group Admin community.

- Prioritize and support Workfront governance initiatives.

- Lead performance management activities on behalf of your direct reports.

- Establish and lead working rhythms with your direct reports.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.

- At least 4 years of experience as a Workfront System Administrator supporting 300+ users.

- At least 2 years of experience as a Workfront Fusion Developer.

- At least 2 years of people leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working for a financial services organization or within a regulated industry.

- Experience implementing Adobe Workfront or Adobe Workfront Fusion as a consultant.

- Experience building and/or maintaining enterprise data taxonomies.

- Adobe Workfront Core Developer Expert certification.

- Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer Professional certification.

Salary Information: The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.

- Chicago, IL: $138,100 - $157,700

- McLean, VA: $151,900 - $173,400

- New York, NY: $165,700 - $189,200

- Richmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700

- Riverwoods, IL: $138,100 - $157,700
