## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Hempstead Valley, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.

Working Pattern:

- Friday: 12:00-18:00

- Saturday: 12:00-18:00

- Sunday: 12:00-18:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver five-star service at pace, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues to deliver seamless customer experiences

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various store areas
