## Description

You're a seasoned sales leader who's built one great team. Now, imagine scaling that success across two locations in the Greater Hartford, CT market. As a Multi-Site Sales Manager, you'll oversee two local branch locations, merging them into a single, high-performing sales force with a unified strategy.

The company is a trusted name in residential heating, cooling, and electrical solutions, known for long-term relationships with homeowners and a reputation for excellence. Your mission will be to expand this presence across both locations without losing the personal touch that makes it successful.

## Responsibilities and Requirements

You'll be responsible for leading sales teams across two locations, developing a shared playbook, and setting high standards for performance. To succeed, you'll need:

- 5 years of experience in residential home services

- 3-5 years of sales management experience

- Experience leading sales teams across multiple locations is preferred

- HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry experience is preferred

- 5 years of B2C sales experience is preferred

## Work Schedule and Location

Your schedule will be Monday-Friday, day shift, with occasional weekend work and regular travel between the two branch locations.

## What We Offer

We offer a salary ranging from $140,000 to $320,000 per year.
