## Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist. As a Senior Consultant Specialist, you will work closely with the GTRF application team to resolve production issues and provide high-quality support services to the business within SLA.

Principal responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the GTRF application team to resolve production issues

- Provide high-quality support services to the business and resolve production incidents within SLA

Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 8+ years of experience in application development, including 5 years of team-leading experience

- Expertise in Java programming and related technologies

- Experience with SQL and/or other database technologies

- Experience in banking/supply chain finance systems is a plus

- Strong software engineering background with a rich understanding of major software concepts and experience in managing the whole SDLC under Agile methodology

- Good command of both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively in Cantonese

- Proactive personality with self-motivation, good analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively under pressure

Additional skills that would be beneficial:

- E2E development/technical lead experience

- Senior Java, Spring, Hibernate developer with Work Stream knowledge and leadership experience

- Good technical documentation skills (English, formal notations like UML)

- Governance/custodianship experience

- Define document standard and process management experience – Agile project planning/project management

- Ability to work dynamically as a liaison between multiple work streams, as a solutions lead, as a defect manager, and support manager
