## Description

WSP's Building Services team in Melbourne is growing and seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their collaborative team. The successful candidate will lead and deliver mechanical design across various projects, including commercial developments, infrastructure, and data centres.

The role involves:

- Leading mechanical design for HVAC and building systems

- Managing projects from concept to delivery

- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams

- Engaging with clients and stakeholders

- Mentoring and supporting engineers within the team

Requirements include:

- Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent)

- Experience in building services consultancy

- Capability in HVAC design and relevant Australian standards

- Project management and client communication skills

- Collaborative approach and interest in mentoring others
