## Description

As Department Head: Multiphysics CFD Simulation, you will lead an international team of experts in simulation and analysis, driving innovation in fluid dynamics for future vehicle development.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Multiphysics CFD Simulation team

- Strategic planning and development of simulation methods and digital engineering technologies

- Collaboration with customers, research partners, and technical committees

- Leadership of research and development projects

- Representation of AVL through publications and conference contributions

Requirements:

- Completed technical education (university or college) in vehicle development, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field

- At least 10 years of experience in CFD simulation and expertise in fluid dynamics

- Experience in leading teams and managing projects

- Strong knowledge of CFD tools such as AVL FIRE, ANSYS Fluent, and STAR-CCM+

- Programming skills in Python and scripting

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
