## Description

We are seeking a highly organised individual to join our team as a Compliance Intern. You will be primarily responsible for assisting with the maintenance and further development of the Porsche Financial Services Compliance Management System.

The hourly range for this role is $18/hr-$20/hr. The assignment will last from March 2027 to September 2027.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

- Assist business units in reviewing and developing procedures, policies, processes, and training materials

- Support the ongoing PFS vendor management program

- Assist in preparations for regulatory examinations and audits

- Administer the PFS Learning Management System, including user administration and reporting

- Support the Internal Controls and Consumer Relations teams

- Develop a records retention program

- Perform regular compliance documentation and reporting

- Support company-wide software implementation and utilisation projects

- Assist PFS departments with new business partner vetting

- Develop enhancements to the PFS data privacy program to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state law

- Other projects and duties as assigned

**Qualifications:**

- Junior student working towards a BS degree

- Preferred majors: Business, Pre-Law, or Political Science

- Strong MS Office skills

- Ability to work well in a collaborative setting

- Strong organisational skills
