## Description

As an Account Sales Manager with Red Bull Canada, you will manage Red Bull products in assigned distribution accounts.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Determining current and ongoing product needs at accounts

- Establishing and maintaining friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales and selling space

- Building and protecting the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product and setting proper brand flow following Red Bull standards

- Ensuring that all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order

- Training with senior Account Sales Managers on their routes and covering their routes when needed

- Evaluating competitors' activities and communicating with the District Sales Manager

- Meeting monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and other merchandising components.

The physical demands of the job include:

- Regularly using hands to handle or feel objects

- Reaching with hands and arms

- Talking or hearing

- Walking and sitting frequently

- Standing and stooping occasionally

- Lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds as needed

- Having specific vision abilities such as close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

- Working in an environment with moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions

- Operating forklifts and commercial vehicles.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Prior sales experience, preferably in consumer packaged goods or retail

- Knowledge of the beverage market

- Additional language skills

- A high school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Good mathematical and organisational skills

- A current driver's license with a clean driving record

- Ability to work flexible shifts.
