## Description

We are seeking an Associate - Electrical to define and implement technical strategies for building services aligned with organisational goals.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing end-to-end technical delivery of building services projects

- Driving adoption of cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practices

- Ensuring compliance with regulatory codes, safety standards, and environmental guidelines

- Mentoring and leading technical teams

- Collaborating with architects, contractors, and clients

- Identifying and mitigating technical risks

Requirements:

- Strong expertise in building services engineering (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection)

- Proven project team and project management skills

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Knowledge of sustainability standards and best practices

- Proficiency in Electrical design software (Dialux, Dialux EVO, Amtech, Hevacomp) and project management tools

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical engineering or related field

- Minimum 15 years of experience in building services, with at least 5 years in a leading major project delivery

- Chartered Engineering Status with the UK Engineering Council
