## Description

We are seeking a part-time Parts and Accessories Associate to join our team at MotoSport's Roanoke, VA location. As a customer-facing role, you will deliver a friendly and efficient experience to walk-in and phone customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the parts department.

Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly and annual goals set by Management

- Greet and handle over-the-counter customers in a friendly manner

- Prioritize over-the-counter customers, followed by telephone customers

- Suggest additional items to customers to ensure they have all the items they need

- Handle requests for parts from the service department

- Receive and stock shipments

- Manage special orders

- Maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

- Customer-first mindset

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- At least six months of service experience

- Basic mechanical knowledge of powersports vehicles or gear

- Strong communication and multitasking skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Physical demands:

- Occasionally loud environment

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- May be required to push and/or balance a 600 lb+ recreational vehicle

- Ability to use keyboard and computer for extended periods

- Spend majority of the day on your feet

Schedule:

- Part-time role working 3 days per week (Friday and Saturday are required shifts)
