## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café at Dundee Gallagher Retail Park as a Christmas Customer Assistant. You'll be a brand ambassador, providing warm, five-star service while ensuring the café operates smoothly, even during busy periods.

Your tasks will include:

- Taking and fulfilling orders efficiently using our digital tools

- Maintaining high food safety standards while managing orders and queues

- Delivering quality service under pressure, focusing on customer satisfaction

- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- Adapting quickly to meet customer needs and business requirements

We offer a flexible, part-time role with varying shifts, including Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
