## Description

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team at The Ross Practice in Harlow. As a key member of our staff, you will provide a high standard of service to our patients. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.

The position is initially for maternity cover, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

**Main Duties:**

- Handling telephone calls

- Managing digital enquiries from patients, including working closely with our Triage Doctor

- Care navigation

- Performing administrative duties

- Registration processing

**About Us:** The Ross Practice is located in Harlow with easy access to the M11 and train services. We have a team consisting of 4 Partners, a Management team, an extended clinical team, a nursing team, and a supportive administration team. We work closely with our PCN (Harlow South) and have a CQC 'good' rating. Our practice uses SystmOne, AccuRx, and Ardens systems.
