## Description

We are seeking a CAPA Management Lead to oversee the effective corrective and preventive action (CAPA) management for significant quality issues (QIs) and audit and inspection responses.

The successful candidate will lead and support CAPA activities for complex QIs, sponsor audits and inspections, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify process gaps and areas for improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and mentoring members of the CAPA management team

- Assessing investigations, ensuring root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventative actions

- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify process gaps and areas for improvement

- Ensuring proper reporting and documentation of CAPAs in the electronic quality management system (eQMS)

- Promoting a culture of proactive and continuous process improvement

- Developing and providing training and guidance on Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA management, and compliance adherence

- Advising Quality Assurance management on system audit needs

- Supporting external and internal audits and inspections

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's Degree

- Extensive knowledge of CAPA Management, GCP guidelines, and relevant regulations

- Prior experience in audit and inspection management/support

- Experience with root cause analysis and quality investigations

- Ability to independently manage complex quality issues with minimal supervision

- 7 years of Quality Assurance experience in a pharmaceutical, technical, or related area

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills

- Excellent training and mentoring capabilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)

The potential base pay range for this role is zł 168,100.00 - zł 312,100.00 per year.
