## Description

The Director, Corporate Strategy EMEA role works closely with Adobe's senior executives to drive the company's long-term growth in the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities:

- Establish Adobe Corporate Strategy team's presence in EMEA region and drive initiatives to drive Adobe's long-term growth in a key international market

- Manage a high-performing team, overseeing multiple strategic initiatives and managing relationships with several top executives across the company

- Shape and drive the end-to-end strategic agenda for EMEA, translating complex, ambiguous business challenges into clear recommendations and ensuring alignment at the most senior levels of the company

Requirements:

- 10+ years of total professional experience with growing levels of responsibility; proven track record of leading transformational change

- 4+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG)

- Project/case experience in Consumer Tech or Enterprise SaaS

- Industry experience in Technology preferred but not required

- Top-tier Undergraduate and Master's degrees (MBA preferred)

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, while staying focused on the big picture

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presence in front of senior executives

- Creative problem solver with a bias for action

- Relentless but collaborative – ensuring that debates and discussions not only lead to good outcomes for all involved, but also set a positive tone for cross-functional teams
