## Description

We are seeking a Game Data Analyst to join our team at Ubisoft Ivory Tower, working on The Crew Motorfest.

As a Game Data Analyst, you will be part of a team directly linked with the game's production teams and cross-functional departments, including finance, marketing, and development.

Your mission is to transform data into actionable insights to support the overall performance of the brand and project tracking throughout the design phases.

Key responsibilities:

- Create and maintain clear and useful dashboards, producing business intelligence reports that facilitate decision-making

- Partner with development, finance, marketing, and production teams to turn their needs into concrete solutions

- Present analyses and formulate recommendations, accompanying teams with pedagogy

- Optimise queries and pipelines for rapid and robust analyses, and automate processes for efficiency and reliability

- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists

- Conceive tracking plans with production teams, including Designers, User Researchers, and Gameplay Programmers

- Participate in evangelising data-driven decision-making, centred on user needs

Requirements:

- Strong SQL querying skills

- Knowledge of databases, ETL, and visualisation tools (ideally Power BI, Tableau, Databricks)

- Experience handling large volumes of data and statistical knowledge

- Familiarity with tracking data and/or user journey data (marketplace/mobile/web app)

- Excellent communication, teamwork, collaborative spirit, and autonomy

- Basic experience with Python and/or PySpark

- Appetite for Data Science: A/B testing, segmentation, statistical modelling (a plus)

- Familiarity with the video game environment (a plus)

- Fluent English
