## Description

Awardco is seeking an ambitious self-starter to join their team as a Client Success Manager. The successful candidate will maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, ensuring they reach organisational goals for employee engagement through the Awardco software.

## Responsibilities

- Maintain a client renewal rate of 91% at all times

- Respond to each client request by the end of each day

- Collaborate across departments to find innovative solutions to client needs

- Record all updates and client touchpoints in Salesforce each day

- Conduct regular check-ins with each client

- Maintain emotional and mental composure while organising and prioritising tasks

- Explain complex issues in a simple and understandable way, both verbally and in writing

- Own a book of business with 100+ clients

## Requirements

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strategic problem-solving abilities

- Friendly, people-oriented personality

- Experience working in client relations preferred

- A Bachelor's Degree

- Proven track record of success in each job held
