## Description

IQVIA's Patient Centered Solutions (PCS) team is seeking a Qualitative Project Manager to join the Study Execution Team (SET). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of the data collection phase of PCS studies.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the primary research process from determining feasibility through study closeout

- Informing and developing recruitment and overall execution plans

- Reviewing recruitment materials for Institutional Review Board (IRB) submission

- Providing input on relevant operational aspects of study protocols

- Managing the recruitment process

- Securing recruitment partners and ensuring all logistical pieces are in place

- Monitoring the recruitment process to ensure all participants meet criteria and requirements

- Managing programming and launching of online recruitment/interviewing materials

- Providing regular internal and external recruitment/project updates

- Ensuring compliance with IQVIA requirements and SOPs

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

- 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in market research, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals
