## Description

We are seeking a Principal Technical Deployment Strategist, Italian Speaking, to join our Agentforce team at Salesforce. As a Strategic Builder, you will be a customer-facing advisor who defines AI strategy, shapes agentic solutions, and drives measurable adoption for enterprise customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the complete value lifecycle, owning outcomes at every stage.

- Define the customer's Agentic AI strategy and roadmap, and architect solutions spanning Salesforce's agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems.

- Manage engagement delivery, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.

- Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics, identifying blockers and developing strategies to drive measurable value realization.

- Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution.

- Develop real customer solutions supported by leading-edge AI tools, including Cursor, Claude, and coding products like Vibes.

- Serve as the primary customer-facing contact, building trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.

- Assess customer readiness for AI adoption and guide change management and process transformation.

- Synthesize field insights and translate them into actionable product feedback.

**Required Qualifications:**

- 4+ years of experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.

- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Prior customer-facing delivery experience.

- Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.

- Working knowledge of one or more programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.

- Proven ability to lead and own complex engagements end-to-end.

- Experience leading AI/LLM solution design, including agentic AI strategy and responsible AI practices.

- Strong project and programme management skills.

- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.

- Business-level proficiency in Italian and English.

**Preferred Experience:**

- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce platform, and Salesforce CRM.

- Experience designing and deploying AI solutions in regulated industries.

- Salesforce platform certifications.

- Background in change management, organisational design, or enterprise transformation.

- Experience with AI/ML concepts beyond LLMs.
