## Description

We are looking for a qualified individual to fill the position of Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing advice on our products and services. They will also support the processing of orders, create accompanying documents and invoices, perform pre- and post-calculation tasks, and monitor payment receipts. Additionally, they will handle customer satisfaction, complaints, and claims.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of business operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should also be proficient in MS Office and have good knowledge of German and English.
