**Agency 渠道岗位（业务发展、营销企划）**

- Execute marketing services and achieve business objectives.

- Organize and implement marketing activities to ensure timely and accurate incentives.

**银保渠道岗位（银保负责人、银保业务支持）**

- Develop business and manage teams in bank channels to meet business targets.

- Prepare data reports, track progress, and provide basic law assessment warnings.

**后台岗位（运营服务）**

- Provide operational services to customers and marketing personnel.

- Analyze data and participate in project implementation.
