As a Workshop Manager, your primary goal is to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for:

- Organising internal processes smoothly and maintaining our high-quality standards

- Ensuring optimal vehicle maintenance and timely completion

- Handling customer orders with precision, punctuality, and attention to quality

- Leading, informing, and motivating workshop staff to focus on customer-oriented thinking and action

Requirements:

- Master craftsman (m/w/d) or service technician (m/w/d), ideally with additional qualification as a certified workshop manager (m/w/d)

- Several years of experience in a comparable position

- Ability to keep up with the rapid technical development of our vehicles

- Sound technical and business knowledge

- A winning and inspiring personality that motivates others

- High professionalism for this demanding task

- Entrepreneurial thinking and pronounced social competence
