## Description

We are seeking an Assistant Content Designer to join the EA SPORTS™ NHL team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As part of the EA Sports team, you will work on identifying and creating live content that EA Sports customers desire. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with the production and design team, developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external developers, and executing live content plans.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the NHL Live Team to build and execute live content plans

- Meet deadlines and quality levels for live content

- Translate real-world events into live content ideas and plans on short notice

- Define goals and opportunities for live content based on Key Performance Indicators

- Work with NHL producers to understand targets and priority changes

- Communicate progress and quality effectively with the NHL team

- Develop game-wide relationships and strong engagement with other groups

- Manage dependencies and coordinate deliverables across teams

- Contribute to team morale and encourage positive working relationships

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of background in game design and/or production with relevant experience working on a live service

Competencies:

- Ability to work closely with a live service team throughout all phases of the live product cycle

- Strong collaboration and communication skills

- Understanding of recent trends and best practices in live service models

- Creative problem-solving and idea generation skills

- Good eye for game quality and strong advocacy for the end-user experience
