We are looking for experienced Software Engineers to join our Supply Chain Fast Fulfillment IT team at Cisco. You will work at the intersection of large-scale Supply Chain and AI, building the next generation of AI Agents, RAG-based knowledge systems, and autonomous workflows.

**What You'll Do**

- Drive enablement of MCP Tools and AI Agents, focusing on RAG applications.

- Develop advanced AI Agents with comprehensive security and semantic protocols.

- Deliver secure, scalable, high-performing AI Native solutions.

- Implement sophisticated agentic frameworks.

- Develop scalable AI-driven Test Automation frameworks.

- Solve complex production issues.

**Minimum Qualifications**

- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree with 1-3 years of related experience.

- Programming: Skilled in Java, Python, OOP principles, and framework for building scalable and distributed systems.

- Architecture: Microservices, RESTful services, API management, Apache Kafka.

- Databases: Relational, in-memory, and NoSQL databases.

- AI/ML: Agentic AI, RAG, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, LLM integration.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Familiarity with cloud services.

- Experience in Test Automation.

- Certification in Java, DB, Cloud, AWS, and AI/ML.

- Supply Chain domain experience.
