## Description

The VISTA member will support the Amplifying Client Voices project, which integrates refugee client feedback and active participation into key organizational programs. The goal is to foster a more inclusive and client-driven approach.

The VISTA member will:

- Produce a monthly external newsletter and social media posts

- Identify client engagement strategies

- Draft a proposal to integrate client feedback

- Design a client feedback method

- Create a client survey model

- Identify client selection methods and communication channels

- Analyze client feedback and present findings to staff

- Develop community engagement program standard operating procedures (SOPs)

The project will culminate in the establishment of a Client Ambassador Program, providing ongoing leadership opportunities for clients to influence and advocate for the organization's future development.
