## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café at Metro Centre, the heart of our store, as a Christmas Customer Assistant. You'll be a brand ambassador, providing warm, five-star service, making great food and drink recommendations, and ensuring the café operates smoothly.

Your tasks will include:

- Being digitally confident to take and fulfil orders fast using our tools

- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards while juggling orders and queues

- Delivering quality under pressure while focusing on delivering five-star service

- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- Adapting quickly and working where needed with pace

The work pattern is:

- Sunday: 11:00-15:00

- Friday: 08:00-14:30

- Saturday: 11:00-17:30

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
