## Description

We're looking for dynamic, energetic people to join our team as a Customer Care Coordinator in Auto Servicing. As the voice of our company, you'll provide world-class support to our customers, handling general account and payment questions, as well as challenging offshore and web-support escalations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide deep empathy and understanding to customers

- Champion customer-first advocacy through active listening and resolving complex issues

- Offer exceptional service for general account and payment questions

- Navigate and resolve complex escalations from offshore agents

- Grow your career into a customer advocate role

**Requirements:**

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

- At least 2 years of Customer Service or Call Center Experience

- At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office

**Technical Requirements:**

- Secure home office environment with reliable private internet connection

- Minimum 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload speed

- Private network that is password protected

**Location and Schedule:**

- 100% work from home

- Monday - Friday from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST

**Salary:**

- $43,680 - $43,680 per year
