## Description

As a Manager, Counsel on the Financial Services Legal Team, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major challenges and significant business initiatives.

You will serve in a key role supporting and advising the business in pursuit of delivering solutions for consumers, dealers, and partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing strategic legal advice on complex issues and topics

- Translating laws, regulations, and legal requirements into clear guardrails

- Building relationships and collaborating with business stakeholders

- Understanding business needs and providing solutions to reach desired goals

- Working collaboratively with other members of the Legal Department and business

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

- Active membership in good standing of at least one state bar

- At least 3 years of experience as an attorney

Preferred qualifications include:

- 5+ years of experience as an attorney

- Experience advising companies on regulatory compliance

- Experience advising financial-services companies

The salary range for this role is $149,800 - $171,000 per year.
