## Description

We're looking for an Integrated Marketing Specialist to support our marketing strategy in Australia for a 13-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will partner closely with Business Marketing leadership and cross-functional partners to influence and execute the marketing strategy that supports revenue goals and brand visibility within the industry.

Key responsibilities include: Partner with Business Marketing leadership to bring the local market strategy to life in Australia, leveraging best practices, learnings, industry trends and insights on both Pinterest and competitors. Assist in localising and creating engaging marketing content, including blog posts, social media content, success studies, and email campaigns. Own key initiatives to bring the broader marketing strategy to life, such as Pinterest-owned or third-party events, webinars, and advertorial partnerships. Work closely with local and global teams to ensure that global programs resonate locally. Manage the measurement of local marketing activations and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, measurement and the wider marketing team. Leverage AI tools while maintaining integrity, critical thinking, and ownership of final outcomes.

Requirements include: 4 years of experience in integrated marketing and/or digital marketing, B2B marketing experience is a plus. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent organisational and project management skills to effectively balance multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines. Passion for digital marketing and a desire to grow and develop within the field. Familiarity with social media platforms and their advertising capabilities, with a specific focus on Pinterest (prior experience a plus). Basic design capabilities and experience using design tools like the Adobe Suite, Figma and SplashThat a plus. Sound analytical skills, with the ability to learn how to analyse data and derive actionable insights. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent work experience.
