## Description

Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Compliance to join the Integrated Marketing team. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Marketing, Creative, and consumer-facing channel leads to ensure marketing materials meet legal and regulatory standards.

**About the Role:** The Senior Manager, Marketing Compliance will have a deep understanding of guidelines and how they apply to marketing messages and customer-facing materials. Success in this role involves applying guidelines paired with expert-level attention to detail.

**Responsibilities:**

- Review each piece of customer-facing material to ensure compliance with legal guidelines.

- Embrace AI as a support tool for marketing review.

- Partner with cross-functional teams and provide guidance on messaging based on legal and regulatory concepts.

- Exercise good judgment on when to escalate issues for further review.

- Lead documentation of best practices across product categories and marketing assets.

- Develop an intake system for requests from team members.

- Collaborate with the legal team on new rules and regulations.

**Requirements:**

- 7-8+ years in marketing operations, business affairs, or equivalent.

- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, specifically legal and regulatory.

- Expert-level attention to detail and track record of applying concepts.

- Ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
