## Description

We are seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead projects and define the strategic direction of our Supply Chain Factory Services (SCFS) organization. The goal is to grow our Factory Configuration Services business by expanding factory capabilities and services into new markets.

**Responsibilities:**

- Solve problems and identify opportunities for process improvements

- Lead technical programs involving multiple functions and worldwide project teams

- Design, develop, and improve new or existing Supply Chain Services Processes

- Enhance customer experience through state-of-the-art tools

- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and scope

- Execute on strategy to deliver new SC processes/capabilities

- Manage people change for successful adoption of new or changed processes

- Communicate effectively with sponsors and stakeholders

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain

- 8-10+ years of experience in the workforce

- 4+ years of experience in various supply chain functions

- PMI PMP or PMI-ACP certified, LSS Green Belt certified, or equivalent

- Strong desire to understand and improve processes

- Proven experience applying Agile practices and driving digital transformation initiatives

- Demonstrated experience with PLM, PDM, BOMs, and SAP

- Hands-on experience developing reports using Power BI or pivot charts/slicers in Excel

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

**Nice to Have:**

- Artificial Intelligence (AI) certifications

- Experience working in SAP with PLM, PDM, and BOMs

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft software: Dynamics 365, Azure Dev Ops, Power Platform

- Financial acumen (P&L, revenue, cost, gross margin)
