## Description

You will be part of our Talent & Organization Team, consisting of 24 people. We're looking for a working student to support our recruiting process and take care of job openings. You will ensure the talent pool is managed and organized to maintain strong alignment with current and future hiring needs.

Your role involves supporting other Talent & Organization functions if necessary. To be successful, you will need to have finished or ongoing studies in Business Administration, HR, Psychology or Economics. Previous experiences in Recruiting and Human Resources are a plus.
