## Description

The Sales and Artistry Coordinator is responsible for representing the authority in the industry through sales, education and artistry for a large multi-retailer territory.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving financial results in store to meet and exceed plan

- Determining individual and team sales targets

- Communicating agreed targets and working with direct reports to identify and deliver sales objectives

- Identifying and executing key and incremental Eventing opportunities

- Inspiring and motivating CT door teams to drive sales

- Analyzing business performance and suggesting improvement opportunities

- Providing exceptional customer service and leading by example

- Developing and maintaining relationships with retail partners

- Managing inventory levels and ensuring the counter is 'customer ready'

- Implementing visual merchandising and maintaining excellent counter hygiene standards

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of beauty industry experience, 2+ years of beauty retail management, intermediate skills in MS Office, excellent numerical and analytical skills, and the ability to influence others.

**Base Salary Range**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00
