**Job Overview** The programme lasts two years and focuses on supply chain management, technology, and innovation. You will engage in cross-functional projects, Kaizen assignments, and tailored training sessions.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific discipline (Engineering, Science, Technical, Biological Sciences) or related field, focusing on data management, digital technologies, or project management

- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)

- Willingness to learn and adapt

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Collaborative and communicative mindset
