## Description

We are seeking a Laundry Attendant to join our team at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Herndon, Virginia. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for processing all soiled hotel bed linens, terry and food and beverage table linens by operating all laundry machinery to B.F. Saul Company Hospitality Group quality standards.

### Responsibilities:

- Cleanliness: You will complete all laundry procedures, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, ironing, inspecting, transporting, and organizing all hotel linens. You will also operate, clean, and maintain equipment, and safely use chemicals to ensure sanitation standards are met.

- Guest Service: You will be accountable for guest satisfaction as it pertains to housekeeping service at the property. You will assist and respond to requests in a positive and timely manner while providing the highest level of quality service to the guest.

- Safety/Risk Management: You will ensure a clean and safe work area in compliance with B.F. Saul Company Hospitality Group brand, local, state, and federal regulations.

- Self Management: You will produce the required volume of work by planning, organizing, and prioritizing work duties.

### Required Skills and Experience:

- High school diploma or GED preferred.

- Housekeeping/laundry experience preferred.

- Attention to detail, customer-focused, and the ability to perform job duties in a repetitious and fast-paced environment.

- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds on a consistent basis throughout shift.

- Significant bending required.

### Additional Information:

The actual base pay offered is determined by several variables, including the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications, or other professional licenses held. Base pay is one component of B. F.
