Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering a market-leading customer experience.

We’re looking for fashion-forward, confident people who are passionate about helping customers feel their best. You’ll be someone who knows how to build rapport quickly, listens to customer needs, and confidently recommends products both in-store and online.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating genuine 1-to-1 connections with customers through fitting appointments and style advice

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to provide a personalised five-star service

- Balancing speed and accuracy while maintaining high standards, even under pressure

- Adapting to where you’re needed, when you’re needed, to meet the next challenge head-on

**Working Hours:**

- Tuesday: 15:30-19:30

- Thursday: 11:30-20:30

- Friday: 15:30-19:30

- Saturday: 15:30-19:30

**Additional Requirements:**

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
