## Description

We’re hiring a Member of Technical Staff to work with leading AI labs in San Francisco. You’ll serve as Supabase’s quarterback, driving engagement with AI labs through account mapping, relationship building, technical enablement, co-building integrations, and quarterly technical reviews.

As a technical subject-matter expert, you’ll build relationships with Product and Engineering stakeholders and navigate a large AI lab. You’ll lead onsite tech talks, lunch and learns, and technical enablement sessions to educate AI labs about Supabase and its roadmap.

Responsibilities include:

- Account Mapping and Relationship Building

- Lunch and Learns/Tech Talks/Technical Enablement

- Co-build (product integration)

- Developer Relations (DevRel)

- Quarterly Technical Reviews

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in technical roles as a Strategic Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer or Product Management

- Strong understanding of developer ecosystems and modern data / infra stacks

- Demonstrated experience shipping integrations and growing them post-launch

- Experience using AI and vibe coding tools in conjunction with Supabase

- Clear, concise communicator who can align Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams

- Highly organized operator who can build programs from scratch and iterate quickly

- Comfortable operating in ambiguity in a fast-moving, open-source-first environment

- Data-driven and outcome-oriented

- Startup experience is a plus
