## Description

ElevenLabs is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the success of its Productions division, which offers managed services for creators and media businesses. As a Production Manager, you will drive the success of Productions for one or multiple language teams.

The role involves:

- Onboarding and training linguists and audio professionals to use the ElevenLabs platform

- Building quality control and monitoring systems to ensure high-quality content

- Collaborating with the Productions product and engineering team to optimize tools and processes

- Defining editorial lines and creative directions

The ideal candidate will have:

- Native speaker or native-level knowledge of Arabic

- Experience building or running a production team in a language service provider, localization agency, media company, or similar

- Strong attention to detail and ability to give feedback
