## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Team Rehab. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with an emphasis on their medical and emotional needs. You will work alongside a team that prioritizes patient outcomes over productivity quotas.

**Responsibilities**

- Connect & Treat: Evaluate and treat patients with an emphasis on their medical and emotional needs.

- Build Your Dream Caseload: We work with you to see the types of patients you are most passionate about.

- Collaborate: Supervise techs and work alongside a team that actually has your back.

- Prioritize Care: Maintain a reasonable caseload (averaging 1.5 patients per hour) because we prioritize patient outcomes over productivity quotas.

**Qualifications**

- Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy

- Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
