## Description

We are seeking an ambitious law student with strong analytical skills and interest in corporate and notarial law to join our Notary practice group in Amsterdam for a two-month internship.

During your internship, you will work closely with our team on complex national and international transactions and corporate law issues where notary services play a central role.

Our Notary practice group advises leading national and international clients, including listed companies, private equity firms, financial institutions, and multinationals.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct legal research

- Analyze laws, regulations, and notarial documentation

- Support corporate and notarial work in transactions

- Collaborate on deeds, documentation, and advice

- Prepare internal meetings and client work

- Provide input on strategic legal issues in ongoing cases

**Requirements:**

- Studying Dutch Law

- Excellent academic results

- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English

- Detail-oriented and driven

- Ability to work collaboratively in an international team

- Interest in corporate and notarial law is preferred
