## Description

We are seeking a Library Supervisor to join our team in the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outcomes, hitting targets, and fostering continuous improvement.

The Library Supervisor will collaborate with managers and colleagues to support operational plans, maximize team resources, and impact. They will manage self-service operations to ensure 95% of transactions are processed automatically.

Key responsibilities include:

- Partner with the Operations Manager to create branch plans that align with Corporate Plan objectives.

- Manage a team, with at least one experience of doing so.
