## Description

**Principal Responsibilities:**

- Deliver professional and welcoming service to branch customers

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions

- Support account opening, account servicing, and everyday banking enquiries

- Identify business opportunities and make appropriate referrals to Relationship Managers and specialist teams

- Participate in branch campaigns and customer-acquisition activities

**Requirements:**

- University Degree or Associate Degree holders; or HKCEE/HKDSE holders with at least one year of working experience

- IIQE Papers 1, 2, and 3, or equivalent qualifications, are required

- Strong interest in customer service, sales, and retail banking

- Good communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage

- Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage
