## Description

At Bayer, we're seeking a Field Sales Representative to join our Crop Protection team in Northeast Missouri. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets with Bayer products in close coordination with squad-mates. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing dealer business plans, serving as a key business consultant to retailers and dealers, and collaborating with squad-mates to maximize services and sales to preferred growers and key customer accounts.

- Demonstrated product, portfolio, and agronomic knowledge

- Excellent communication skills

- Demonstrated initiative, assertiveness, and a strong drive for results

- Proficiency in financial, time, and territory management

- Strong user-level computer and presentation skills

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $70,000-$105,000, plus additional compensation and benefits, including health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, and sick leave.
