## Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Richmond Villages Witney Care Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will be at the heart of making a difference to our residents. You will be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home.

You will take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will also coach and guide the team, provide formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals, carry out assessments, and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident.

The successful candidate will have a valid NMC pin, a positive attitude, and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct. You will be a natural carer with a hands-on approach, able to help people maintain their independence, choice, and dignity.
