## Description

We are seeking a working student to join our BA MRO Leadership Team. As a member of the team, you will support us in developing the required capacity and performance of BA MRO through improvement initiatives and project work.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead and implement independent improvement projects

- Support the strategic development of the department through KPI management, governance, and organisational improvements

- Organise and moderate workshops, coordinate governance routines, and regular business meetings

- Support the adaptation and implementation of business-relevant IT tools

**Qualifications:**

- Currently enrolled in a degree programme in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with a focus on production/assembly, Business Administration, or a comparable field

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and AI-based productivity tools

- Excellent communication skills across different organisational levels

- Experience in creating and presenting presentation materials

- Knowledge of SAP, programming, and simulation is desirable
