## Description

This Engineering Technician role is based at the Magna Park National Distribution Centre, offering a salary range of £36,400 - £55,800 per year. The role involves providing technical presence on-site, working within building services, mechanical systems, MHE, HVAC, automation, power and data networks.

Key responsibilities include:

- Carrying out technical planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks

- Providing competent fault-finding and accurate fault diagnoses on electro-mechanical systems

- Supporting branch change-works and development projects

- Carrying out operational processes to minimise business risk and loss

- Demonstrating flexibility by supporting other areas on campus

- Understanding and using engineering infrastructure IT Systems

The role requires:

- Ability to read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic drawings and fault-find to component level

- Experience in Building Environmental and Electrical Services

- Electrical or mechanical qualifications, such as City & Guilds 2365-03, 2382-22, AM2(E) Assessment, etc.
