## Description

We are seeking a Global Process Analyst to join our team at Ajax Systems, a Ukrainian success story and a place of incredible strength and energy.

As a Global Process Analyst, you will be responsible for managing processes and methodology, including:

- Conducting a comprehensive inventory and audit of existing operational processes

- Developing new and updating existing regulations, procedures, and standards

- Creating and describing work methodologies for individual positions, departments, and cross-functional teams

You will also be involved in standardizing and controlling processes across multiple factories, implementing and controlling version control systems for regulatory documentation, and facilitating communication and involvement among employees.

**Requirements:**

- Successful experience in describing, standardizing, and regulating business processes (preferably in a manufacturing enterprise or international company)

- Experience working with document management systems and version control

- Practical skills in creating checklists and building internal process audit systems

- Understanding of cross-functional interaction principles and process description methodologies (BPMN, Flowchart, etc.)

- Strong analysis, systematization, and structured presentation skills

- High level of communicability for working with experts from various fields
